Have grown to appreciate street art much more thanks to Lauren and Aisha... Am now fully educated on Shepard Fairey, and was excited to happen upon this in our random wandering Friday night.

Finally took the time to look up the creepy statues in/around Madison Square Park... Now I want to go find all 31!

Finally made it to the Tim Burton exhibit, the last weekend it was available. Great stuff, and now all I want to do is Netflix all of his movies.

Cold, snowy day. Perfect day for a museum! Georgia O'Keefe exhibit at The Whitney is awesome, highly recommend.

Day 85

Display in Union Square about global warming and the melting glaciers. There were tons of people sitting on ice blocks to demonstrate how human activity is speeding up global warming, pretty interesting to think about.

Featured exhibit at MoMA, "Waste Not." The artist collected all of this from his mother's house because they lived in a time where they didn't want to waste anything so they would keep all of their belongings forever, even trash! I'll never consider myself a pack rat again after seeing this..
